I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The grounds and spa services were fantastic and really made the trip worth it, but there were significant issues with cleanliness in the room and service that really dampened the experience. While the wine tasting tour was enjoyable, the lack of quality housekeeping and a chaotic hotel environment left me feeling disappointed.
